Shipping
At Heavenly Curves we are offering $15 flat rate shipping fee Australia wide (under 5 Kg).

Most items if in stock will be shipped within 24 hours, however if we do not have in stock we will normally ship within 7-10 days, some overseas lines may take longer however we will advise you via e-mail or phone when you place your order.

Heavenly Curves will not pay for return postage, should you need to return this is the customer’s responsibility and cost.

Heavenly Curves cannot accept responsibility for any items misplaced by Australia Post, however you may pay extra for registered post should you wish to. See “Returns and Exchanges” below for our exchange and return policy.

Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you will need to return to us within 7 days. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact….You will need to pay for the cost of returning items back to us.

A copy of the original receipt must also be returned with goods with all your contact details and we will issue you either a credit note or refund on discretion. If we have to return a garment back once again this will also be at your cost.
