Terms and Conditions of Shopping with us:
Please note we DO NOT refund any purchase, however we do exchange some items within 7 days as long as they are not Swimwear, Shapewear, Hosiery, Lingerie or Underwear (Intimates) and are in “New condition, with tags still on them and have not been WORN”, DO NOT SMELL and you have your receipt. So please choose carefully.
If you need to return something, please e-mail us info@heavenlycurves.com.au for approval and we also require a tracking number for goods returned back to us. Purchases online are not our responsibility once they have left here and we have provided a tracking number, unless you wish to pay extra for insurance, then please advise when placing your order.
Swimwear, Lingerie, and Intimates: Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on these items, feel free to ask all questions prior to purchase on email sales@heavenlycurves.com.au.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise: WE DO NOT exchange, refund or accept any returns on sale items so please choose carefully.
Afterpay: can be used with a minimum $150.00 purchase. Please also note that we may not have the stock in store at time of order and you may need to wait, however once we receive the Afterpay order we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours and advise of delivery time. When you purchase you are accepting these terms. NO Refunds are given on Afterpay orders.
Prices: All prices on this website is in Australian Dollars
Special Terms: Medical, and or surgical garments/items cannot be exchanged due to their use, please check with us first before placing an order should you have any questions info@heavenlycurves.com.au
Delivery Timeframe:
Please note all online orders will be shipped if items in stock within 2-5 working days, if they are not in store, we will notify you and some items can take up to 15 working days to get in.
Once order has been shipped, we will send you an email notifying you of what items are leaving and the tracking number for you to be able to check.
All orders that are shipped will be the customers responsibility once they have left our premises unless an extra insurance has been requested to cover the goods…
By placing an order through our website, you accept our terms above. Depends on your delivery address. Order can take up to 10 days to be delivered, (please also allow extra time at Christmas, Easter, public holidays). If you require an item urgently, please contact us on (02) 9604-1270 or email us
Please Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, sizes and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
