Tracking number will be sent, once goods have left our premises, items are customers responsibility.
Most items if in stock will be shipped within 24 hours, however if we do not have in stock we will normally ship within 7-10 days, some overseas lines may take longer however we will advise you via e-mail or phone when you place your order.

Heavenly Curves will not pay for return postage, should you need to return this is the customer’s responsibility and cost.
Heavenly Curves cannot accept responsibility for any items misplaced by Australia Post, however you may pay extra for registered post should you wish to. See “Returns and Exchanges” below for our exchange and return policy.
Afterpay can be used with a minimum $150 purchase (before Freight) .. Please also note that we may not have the stock in store at time of order and you may need to wait, however once we receive the afterpay order we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours and advise of delivery time. When you purchase you are accepting these terms. If you are ordering something we do not stock in store, we will exchange ONLY. NO Refunds are given.
Return & Exchanges
Should you need to exchange an item or items, you must firstly notify us firstname.lastname@example.org for approval to return, all items must be sent back to us via a trackable means. It is your responsibility, if they get lost in transit back to us.
Also if you have purchased something incorrectly and needs to be returned to us for exchange, there will be a re-stocking fee on your order of $15.00.
RETURNS- Please note we are happy to exchange within 7 days of purchase only, we DO NOT refund. All merchandise must be returned for exchange in same condition with tags attached, no odours and without any damage. Original receipts must also accompany the goods.
NOTE we DO NOT refund. If we have to return a garment back once again this will also be at your cost.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise:
WE DO NOT exchange, refund or accept any returns on sale or clearance items so please choose carefully.
Terms and Conditions of Shopping with us:
Please note we DO NOT refund any purchase, however we do exchange some items within 7 days as long as they are not Swimwear, Shapewear, Hosiery, Lingerie or Underwear (Intimates) and are in “New condition, with tags still on them and have not been WORN”, DO NOT SMELL and you have your receipt. So please choose carefully.
We will also charge a re-stocking fee of $15.00 should you need to exchange an item purchased online and you will also be charged shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back to you again.
If you need to return something, please e-mail us email@example.com for approval and we also require a tracking number for goods returned back to us. Purchases online are not our responsibility once they have left here and we have provided a tracking number, unless you wish to pay extra for insurance, then please advise when placing your order.
Swimwear, Lingerie and Intimates:
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any Swimwear, Lingerie or intimate garment. Feel free to ask all questions prior to purchase.
