Shipping
Shipping –*We use Australia Post general mail post packs for all our orders being shipped Australia WIDE ONLY. If you need something urgently, please ask us before you place the order so we can try to assist you further.
All orders that are of the value $100.00 and Over are shipped FREE with Australia Post* – should you wish it to be sent Express Post, then let us know before you place your order and we can accommodate you.
All orders that are under the value of $100.00 we charge a flat rate of $15.00 Australia Wide.*
(Note: Min $100.00 does not include the shipping cost)
Once your order has left our premises and we have given you the tracking number the order now becomes the responsibility of Australia Post, please track your parcel or make enquiry about deliveries through them.
We will ship orders withing 24-48 hours of receiving them, if we DO NOT have the stock in store, we will advise of estimated wait times via email.
We cannot advise delivery times, this will need to be followed up with Australia Post, please also consider extra time for busy periods as well.
Returns & Exchanges
Please email us at info@heavenlycurves.com.au so we can assist you with any exchange, if your items meet the guide lines of our terms and conditions, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Heavenly Curves will not pay for return postage, should you need to return this is the customer’s responsibility and cost, and all items should be returned in the same “NEW” condition including with all tags, we reserve the right to not accept if the item/s come back smelling, damaged or not in the “NEW” condition we sent it in. We also do check all items before posting to ensure that there are no faults, but if you believe there is a fault when you receive it then we are happy to assist as well via email info@heavenlycurves.com.au.
Should you need to exchange an item purchased online you will also be charged shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back to you again.
Terms and Conditions of Shopping with us:
Please note we DO NOT refund any purchase; (unless faulty)however, we do exchange some items within 7 days if they are not Swimwear, Shapewear, Hosiery, Lingerie or Underwear (Intimates) are in “New” condition, with tags still attached, have not been “WORN”, and/or do not smell and you have your receipt. Please choose carefully before purchasing and we are happy to answer any questions on our email info@heavenlycurves.com.au
If you need to return something, please e-mail us info@heavenlycurves.com.au for approval and we also require a tracking number for goods returned to us.
Purchases online are not our responsibility once they have left our premises and we have provided a tracking number, unless you wish to pay extra for insurance, then please advise when placing your order.
Heavenly Curves CANNOT accept responsibility for any items misplaced by Australia Post; however, you may pay extra for registered post should you wish to.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise:
WE DO NOT exchange, refund, or accept any returns on sale or clearance items so please choose carefully.
Swimwear, Lingerie and Intimates:
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any Swimwear, Lingerie or Intimate garment/s including briefs.
Feel free to ask all questions prior to purchase.
Afterpay orders
Afterpay can be used with a minimum $150 purchase (before Freight) .. Please also note that we may not have the stock in store at time of order and you may need to wait, however once we receive the Afterpay order we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours and advise of delivery time frame. When you purchase you are accepting these terms.
Special items:
Some garments are used for Post- Surgery, and for that reason they cannot be returned or exchanged, so please ask us for advice before purchasing.
